He graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Communications with a degree in Railway Engineering, and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management. He completed an exchange program at the Technical University of Dresden (Germany) and has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).

He began his career in 2010 at General Electric International Inc., holding various positions, including Technical Advisor and Reliability Engineer.

Since 2016, he has been working at JSC "NC "KTZ" group. Over the years, he has held managerial positions at JSC "Kaztransservice", a branch of JSC "KTZ Express" - "KTZE Western", and JSC "Kedentransservice".

During his career, he has undergone further training in programs such as "Six Sigma", "Management Fundamentals", and "Building Core Leadership Skills". Since February 2024, he has been serving as the Deputy General Director for Commerce.
