Graduated from Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communication named after M.Tynyshpayev with a Bachelor's degree in Transport, Transport Equipment and Technologies, received a Master's degree in Economics and Business in the Humanitarian and Technical Academy, has an international diploma in logistics and transport from The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, London (Great Britain). Also, Mr. Kapar Aibek holds an MBA degree from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Mr. Kapar Aibek began his career with the Akmola branch of Kaztemirtrans JSC. Over the years, he worked in the South branch of Kaztranservice JSC, also in the KTZE Operator - branch of KTZ Express. In 2019, he was transferred to the HQ of KTZ Express JSC.

Mr. Kapar Aibek is a Member of the Management Board of KTZ Express JSC, Member of the Supervisory Board of KTZE-Khorgos Gateway LLP, Member of the Board of Directors of Xinjiang International Logistic Co., Ltd.
