Graduated from Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov, majoring in «Jurisprudence» (2003) and «Economics and Business» (2013).

Has over 7 years of experience in the HR field.

At various times held senior positions in government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Prosecutor's Office.

Has been working in the «NC «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» JSC group since 2022. He started his career at «KTZ Express» JSC in February 2023 as the HR Department Director and has been serving as Managing Director for HR since December 2024.
