He graduated from the Kazakh University of Railway Engineering with a degree in Transportation Organization, Traffic and Transport Operation. He has been working for JSC NC KTZE since 2013, holding various senior positions in its branches, including "Akmola Branch of GP" and "Almaty Branch of GP". During this time there, he completed advanced training programs in safety and labor protection. In March 2024, he was promoted to the position of Deputy General Director for Operations at JSC KTZ Express.
