He graduated from L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in International Law. He also holds a second higher education degree from M. Tynyshpaev Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications with a specialization in “Organization of Transportation, Traffic, and Transport Operations.”

At different times, he worked at the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the Office of the Akim of Astana city.

In 2006, he began his career within the system of JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” as Chief Manager of the Department for Litigation and Claims Work. Subsequently, he held positions of Deputy Director of the Department, Director of the Legal Support Department, Executive Director for Legal Affairs of JSC “KTZ-Freight Transportation,” and headed the Department for Claims and Litigation of JSC “NC “KTZ.”

Since September 2025, he has been serving as Managing Director for Legal Affairs.
