KTZ Express and China Railway Container Transport Co. Ltd. Resume Iran-China Transport Route

On July 21, 2024, at the Aprin railway station in Iran, a ceremonial departure was held for the Iran-China container train. Representatives from Iran, China, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan attended the event.

The train, carrying 50 forty-foot containers of gypsum powder, began its journey along the Iran-Kazakhstan-China route, with a total travel time of 12 days.

This event marks a significant step in reestablishing the transport corridor, enhancing international trade relations among the participating countries.
