KTZ Express has been awarded the Eurasian Magіstral Awards 2025 in the nomination “Leader in Digital Logistics” for its outstanding performance and the innovative nature of the Single Digital Window project.

The Single Digital Window project has been recognized as the best for the second consecutive year, confirming the consistency of digital transformation and the high efficiency of the solutions implemented in the transport and logistics sector.

The platform is designed for the phased implementation of commercial functions of all enterprises within the NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ) Group in a unified digital environment. It ensures transparency of business processes, reduces interaction time with clients, and creates a modern service aligned with international standards.

Today, the system provides centralized online access to key logistics services delivered through the platform. Since its launch, more than 37,000 requests have been processed and over 4,500 contracts have been concluded without paper-based documentation. More than 1,660 companies from Kazakhstan, China, Central Asia, the CIS, Europe, and the Middle East have registered in the digital environment, including freight forwarders, transport, manufacturing, and trading companies.

As part of the platform’s development, intelligent technologies such as speech recognition and an electronic queue system are being introduced. In the future, the launch of an AI-based customer support operator is planned, which will automate call handling, respond to standard inquiries, and provide prompt information, thereby improving the quality and speed of customer service.

During the Magіstral Awards 2025 ceremony, the professional achievements of KTZ Express executives were also recognized.

Aibek Kapar, Deputy CEO for Logistics of KTZ Express, received a diploma in the “Transport Professional” nomination, while Kuanysh Zhaksybek, Deputy CEO for Operations, was awarded in the “Excellence in Transport Management” category. These individual awards highlight the high level of managerial expertise and the company team’s contribution to the development of modern transport logistics.

The Magіstral Awards were established by the N. Isingarin Foundation for the Development of Transport Initiatives and TLK Media Group under the auspices of the Eurasian Economic Commission, with the support of governmental and industry institutions. The award aims to promote the development of a unified transport space in Eurasia, support significant integration projects, encourage the adoption of innovations and digital technologies, and showcase achievements of coordinated transport policies. The Magіstral Awards are considered one of the most authoritative public awards in the transport and logistics sector of the region.
