Launch of a New Service for Contracting with Non-Residents on the “Unified Digital Window” Platform

KTZ Express announces the launch of a new feature on the “Unified Digital Window” platform aimed at automating the process of signing contracts with non-residents.

As part of the digitalization of customer services, the “Contract” module has been introduced, allowing standard freight forwarding agreements with non-residents to be concluded using a simple electronic signature (SES).

The functionality offers the following benefits:

  • Acceleration and simplification of document flow;
  • Possibility to use facsimile signatures;
  • Increased process transparency;
  • Reduced contract approval and signing time through standardization.

The implementation of the module is expected to significantly enhance operational efficiency, minimize errors, and scale up digital solutions in customer service and contract management.

KTZ Express continues to implement modern IT tools as part of its logistics digitalization strategy.
