KTZ Express Presents EDC Project at the CICA Business Forum

On November 20, 2024, in Astana, the Business Forum of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) was held. Within the event, a thematic session focused on addressing contemporary challenges in logistics and infrastructure. The session featured a presentation by M.A. Sadykov, Managing Director of Development and IT at KTZ Express.

During his speech, M.A. Sadykov highlighted the importance of innovative logistics infrastructure development and discussed ongoing and planned projects by the National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (NC KTZ) Group, aimed at expanding its terminal network.

A special emphasis was placed on the "Single Digital Window" (SDW) project, which aims to create an integrated digital platform for the clients of the NC KTZ Group.

The SDW project offers clients: • Convenient multi-channel access via the portal, mobile app, EGOV Business, and the Unified Contact Center. • Swift access to logistics services on the "Single Window" principle, eliminating the need for interaction with each participant in the transportation process individually.
