On September 9, 2025, within the framework of the International Multisectoral Business Mission, a Cooperation Agreement was signed for the implementation of the Agro-Industrial Park project in Almaty Region. The signing ceremony was attended by the Governor of Moscow Region and the Akim of Almaty Region, highlighting the high-level importance and interregional scale of the initiative.
The agreement was concluded by KTZ Express, JSC Slavtrans-Service, and LLP TLC Alatau, confirming their commitment to joint efforts in the development and promotion of the project.
The Agro-Industrial Park will be located in the city of Alatau, covering an area of 75 hectares. Its infrastructure will include a modern Class A warehouse complex, multi-temperature storage facilities, a container terminal, a wholesale and retail center, as well as phytosanitary control and customs clearance zones. The new facility will serve as a multifunctional hub, connecting the interests of producers, exporters, and retail chains within a single ecosystem.
The project directly aligns with the priorities outlined by the President of Kazakhstan — the development of exports and the promotion of domestic products to foreign markets. The park will not only enhance logistics efficiency but also provide a favorable environment for producers, with modern warehouses, expedited customs and phytosanitary procedures, and access to new sales channels. This will enable Kazakhstani companies to enter international markets more quickly and efficiently, while also giving a strong boost to regional economic growth.
For KTZ Express, participation in the project represents a strategic step that strengthens Kazakhstan’s position in the logistics sector and creates new opportunities for developing the country’s export potential. The company’s experience in implementing international projects, including the CRK Terminal in the Moscow Region, demonstrates its readiness to deliver large-scale initiatives integrated into global supply chains.
