KTZ Express Adopts International Standards to Optimize Business Processes

On October 18-19, 2024, the Board members and key employees of KTZ Express JSC participated in a training session on the Kaizen methodology, focused on enhancing efficiency and optimizing internal business processes.
Kaizen, a Japanese management philosophy, emphasizes continuous improvement in all areas of an organization. A distinctive aspect of this approach is the active involvement of every employee in identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, which drives productivity, improves quality, and adds value at every stage of the production cycle.
The training program included both theoretical and practical sessions, enabling participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Kaizen system and immediately apply its tools to real business challenges. The seminar was led by Yergali Nurlanovich Begimbetov, a renowned expert in Kaizen, who helped participants master key aspects of the methodology.
