KTZ Express JSC, Russian Railways JSC, TransContainer PJ and AlliansTransTorg launched the first container train

KTZ Express JSC, Russian Railways JSC, TransContainer PJ and AlliansTransTorg launched the first container train from Kemerovo-Sortirovochnoe station to China.

New service is about to allow customers to send cargo from the railway terminal in the close proximity to production place.

First train with 102 TEU containers loaded with lumber was dispatched on September 18 and proceeded through the Dostyk border crossing to the Chinese Tuanjetsun station.
Travel time was 3 days.

In the future, the Kemerovo-Sortirovochnoye station is expected to send 2 - 3 regular container trains per month. And the list of transported cargo will be expanded.
