On September 19 this year, in Nur-Sultan, within the framework of the XXVIII plenary session of the international association «Coordinating Council on Trans-Siberian Transport» (CCTT), JSC «KTZ Express» received a certificate, Confirming the status of an associate member of the international association «Coordinating Council for Trans-Siberian Transport».


Joining the organization will open up additional opportunities for the companies to interact and build strategic partnership with other transport participants in the regions of the Trans-Siberian Railway, as well as to participate in meetings of working groups, To vote on all issues of the association's activity and to receive consulting and information support on the transport of transit and foreign goods on the Trans-Siberian Railway. «Development of cooperation on increasing transit traffic on the China-Europe-China route is one of the company's priorities and joining the Trans-Siberian Transportation Coordinating Council is designed to facilitate its implementation,» -  said Dmitry Abdullayev, Chairman of the Board of «KTZ» JSC at the event. Also, the meeting addressed the functioning of the Trans-Eurasian corridor, increasing its competitiveness, attracting additional volumes of cargo to the route. Partners discussed the prospects for the development of railway corridors as a whole in the Asia-Europe service, the transportation of goods as part of container trains along the China-Europe-China route, and linear service on the Trans-Siberian Sea.

Particular attention is paid to the digitalization and implementation of electronic services along the route, the development of seaports for uninterrupted multimodal transport in Euro-Asian traffic, and the safety and security of goods delivered via the Trans-Siberian route. For reference: Trans-Siberian Transport Coordination Council is a non-profit international transport association founded in 1997 with the aim of attracting transit and foreign trade cargo to the Trans-Siberian route and developing economic relations between the countries of Asia and Europe. Kazakhstan Railways became part of the CCTT in 1997.
