Kazakhstan, China and Russia intend to create a single digital container transportation platform.

Kazakhstan, China and Russia are taking an important step towards optimizing cargo transportation on the route connecting the three countries.
Within the framework of the upcoming Kazakh-Chinese Business Council, scheduled for early July 2024, an Agreement on the creation of a Single Digital Platform (SDP) on the China-Kazakhstan-Russia route will be signed.
SDP will become an integrated seamless system that combines the processes of customs clearance, electronic commerce and other functions. It will significantly simplify logistics, promote the development of electronic commerce, simplify customs procedures, reduce trade barriers, and increase transparency and efficiency of supply chains.
The agreement on the establishment of SDP was developed by a joint venture of CRK Terminal LLC, created by KTZ Express JSC (Kazakhstan), Slavtrans-Service JSC (Russia) and Xi'an Free Trade Port (China).
The authorized bodies of the participating states of the route will be involved in the development and implementation of the project. CRK Terminal LLC plans to involve the largest marketplaces in this initiative, including Alibaba, Pindouoduo, JD and 1688.com.
«The launch of the SDP will significantly simplify the logistics process,» said Damir Kozhakhmetov, General Director of KTZ Express JSC. «It will not only optimize cargo transportation, but also open up new business opportunities in the participating countries of the project.»
The creation of a Single Digital Platform is an important step towards strengthening cooperation between Kazakhstan, China and Russia in the field of trade and logistics.
