Kazakhstan, Russia and China to create a single digital container transportation platform

We are pleased to announce the creation of a unified digital platform, which will be a significant step towards optimizing cargo transportation on the route connecting the three countries.

On July 2, 2024, in Astana, «KTZ Express» JSC (Kazakhstan), «Slavtrans-Service» JSC (Russia) and Xi'an Free Trade Port (China) signed an Agreement on the establishment of a container transportation digital platform.

The signing ceremony of the Agreement on the establishment of the digital platform on the China-Kazakhstan-Russia route took place within the framework of the Kazakh-Chinese Business Council.

The digital platform will become an integrated seamless system that combines the processes of customs clearance, electronic commerce and other functions. It will significantly simplify logistics, promote the development of electronic commerce, simplify customs procedures, reduce trade barriers, and increase transparency and efficiency of supply chains.

The implementation of the measures provided for in Agreement will be carried out by the newly established joint venture CRK Terminal LLC, involving the state bodies of Kazakhstan, Russia and China, as well as participants in the foreign economic activities of the countries of the route.
