KTZ Express discussed development of cooperation with Iran under the «North–South» international transport corridor

On June 8–9, Deputy General Director for Commerce of KTZ Express, Mr. U.A. Orazov, took part in a working visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran as part of a state delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. M.A. Nurtleu.
During the visit, negotiations were held with representatives of government bodies and the business community aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two countries, including enhancing the efficiency and increasing the volume of transportation along the «North–South» International Transport Corridor (ITC).
KTZ Express places special emphasis on the development and expansion of freight volumes along the eastern branch of the «North–South» corridor. Cooperation with Iran plays a strategic role in this direction, ensuring access for Kazakhstani and transit cargo to the markets of India and the Persian Gulf countries.
