CILF 2025: KTZ Express at the 10th Forum on Maritime, Railway Transport, and Cross-Border Logistics

The second day of the 19th China (Shenzhen) International Logistics and Supply Chain Fair (CILF 2025) concluded successfully. The key highlights of the day included the 10th Forum on Maritime, Railway Transport, and Cross-Border Logistics, as well as the active participation of KTZ Express representatives in major discussions.
On behalf of JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy”, Mr. Aibek Kapar, Deputy CEO for Logistics at KTZ Express, delivered a keynote speech on the topic “Transport and Logistics Cooperation between Kazakhstan and China.” In his address, he emphasized Kazakhstan’s growing role in ensuring international transit shipments, the development of multimodal routes, and the strategic importance of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR) for trade between Asia and Europe.
A particular focus of the participants was the panel session “Opportunities and Challenges of the China–Europe Railway Express within the Belt and Road Initiative.” Mr. Kapar took an active part in the discussion alongside representatives of Shenzhen Dayang Logistics Co., Ltd., Xi’an International Port Group Co., Ltd, RTSB Group, Neptune Logistics Group, and Zhengzhou International Dry Port Development and Construction Co., Ltd., addressing infrastructure development, new challenges, and the potential of the TITR.
The forum was organized by the Shenzhen Logistics and Supply Chain Management Association, Neptune Logistics Group, the Shenzhen Institute of Modern Supply Chain Studies, and the Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Supply Chain Service Association.
Representing JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” and the Republic of Kazakhstan, KTZ Express leverages CILF 2025 as a platform to strengthen international partnerships, exchange expertise with leading industry players, and promote Kazakhstan as a key transport and logistics hub of Eurasia.
