KTZ Express congratulates its team on the Railway Workers’ Day

On the eve of this professional holiday, KTZ Express warmly congratulates all railway workers on Railway Workers’ Day! This holiday unites everyone whose life is closely linked with one of the most important and strategic industries. Thanks to your hard work and responsibility, the company develops, transport corridors strengthen, and Kazakhstan’s role on the international logistics map grows. We are proud of our team, where young specialists work side by side with experienced professionals who have devoted many years to the railway industry. Their knowledge and expertise serve as an example for new generations.

On these festive days, we express special gratitude to Natalya Kereikyzy Umerbayeva, Head of Sales and Customer Service Department at the "KTZE Western" branch. Her railway career began in 1984, and over the years she has risen from track fitter to department head, making a significant contribution to the development of customer service at the branch. Due to her efforts, 11 new clients were attracted in 2025 alone, and the branch’s profitability increased by 44%. She is also a mentor to young specialists and an active participant in corporate life.

We also express our deep appreciation for Uldan Sabirovna Karantaeva, Planning Manager in the Operations Department, who has 41 years of experience in the industry. She has been at the forefront of many automation projects, contributing greatly to cargo delivery control, downtime reduction, and the development of digital solutions.

Another key figure in our team is Gulzhan Mukatayevna Kospaeva, Chief Manager for Special Cargo Operations at the Rail Transportation Department. With 40 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to organizing the most complex special cargo operations, humanitarian and international projects, including those within the framework of SCO, IAEA, and government programs. Her professionalism and efforts to develop logistics corridors make her a mentor for many employees.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Aigul Yertaevna Mukasheva, Manager of the Operations Support Department, with 41 years of total experience, over 20 of which are in the railway industry. She began her career in 2005 at Kaztransservice JSC, progressing from Lead Engineer to Senior Specialist in the freight billing department. After the 2016 reorganization, she continued at KTZE Northern branch and, since 2018, has been working at the Transport Service Center in Astana. Her professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail have earned her numerous awards and commendations, including the jubilee medal "120 Years of Kazakhstan Railways".

We also thank Mukhtar Alimovich Dauletbayev, Container Repair Supervisor at Turkestan Station. With 32 years of experience, 24 of which are in the railway industry, he has increased his site’s productivity threefold, significantly improving branch efficiency. He is a role model for dedication and a mentor to younger generations.

A significant contribution to international transportation belongs to Aigul Kakimbekovna Alimbayeva, Head of the "KTZE Altynkol" agency of the KTZE Southern branch, with 20 years of experience. Under her leadership, the Altynkol agency has shown steady growth, handling over 5,000 container trains in 2024 and the first quarter of 2025 alone.

We are proud to recognize Kambar Ertursynovich Satybaldiev, RMG Crane Operator at the Engineering and Technical Support Department of "KTZE-Khorgos Gateway" LLP. From the very first day of the enterprise, he has demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Over 17 years, he has become a highly qualified specialist in modern cargo-handling techniques. He performs all loading and unloading operations with precision and in strict compliance with safety rules. For his outstanding work, he was awarded the "Kazakhstan Railways – 25 years" medal and in 2025 was named "Best in Profession".

Special recognition also goes to Natalya Nikolaevna Lyamina, Head of the Container Repair Agency at Aksu‑1 Station. Her 18 years of railway experience, professionalism, and creative approach to solving complex problems have allowed the team to exceed container repair plans by more than 130% for several years. She has repeatedly been honored for her performance and received the Certificate of Honor from the CEO of KTZ Express JSC.

KTZ Express thanks all its employees for their dedication, professionalism, and contribution to our common cause. Your work is the key to the company’s success and to the development of Kazakhstan’s transport industry! Happy holiday!
