KTZ Express Launches Export-Oriented Multimodal Transport to the European Union

KTZ Express has launched a multimodal export shipment of specialized industrial goods from Almaty to European Union countries via the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR).

The goods are shipped in specialized packaging using 40-foot containers. The route passes through key logistics hubs: Almaty – Aktau – Poti – EU countries. Delivery time is estimated at 25 to 30 calendar days.

The current shipment volume ranges from 20 to 50 TEUs, with plans to scale up to 100 TEUs per month.

KTZ Express provides end-to-end logistics services, including first-mile pickup, rail transport, and sea transport across the Caspian and Black Seas.

Part of the maritime leg is implemented in partnership with Maersk, one of the world’s largest sea and multimodal logistics operators.

This project reflects KTZ Express’s strategic commitment to expanding export capabilities and strengthening Kazakhstan’s position as a key logistics hub between Asia and Europe.
