On March 26, 2024, negotiations were held between KTZ Express and Chengdu International Railway Port Investment & Development Co Ltd.

Chengdu International is a port investment group based in the Chengdu Area of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Chengdu Pilot Free Trade Zone)

The meeting focused on key topics related to the development of the China-Kazakhstan-Russia transport transit corridor, as well as discussed the possibility of launching express trains along the route and implementing digital solutions.

These negotiations are an important step towards expanding cooperation with Chinese partners aimed at the development of transit transportation and implementation of potential joint projects.
