KTZ Express organized very first dispatch of polypropylene from the Turkmenbashi port to China's Qingdao via Aktau port through the Caspian sea.
First 48 40-foot containers with polypropylene were delivered by sea from the Turkmenbashi port to Aktau port within 24 hours. Then cargo was delivered to Kazakhstani Altynkol border station for further transportation to China. The train will cover 7500 km. route in approximately 10 days.
Successful pilot dispatch experience can start the regular polypropylene delivery service by sea. Shipment participants mark that the route is optimal in terms of delivery time and economical profit when exporting polypropylene to China. It also gives an impetus to increase the cargo traffic volume through the ports of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
