KTZ Express has simplified the signing of service agreements

Now, service contracts can be signed using EDS in the client's personal cabinet: my.ktze.kz.

This applies to contracts for services:

1) wagon operator;

2) freight forwarding;

3) freight forwarding services by rail;

4) wagon operator for container transshipment through Dostyk, Altynkol border crossings in international traffic (import, transit).

Previously, this process took 5-6 working days, but thanks to the new feature, it becomes much faster and more efficient.

The pilot project launched in the middle of the year has been successfully completed and now the real-time contract signing option is available for all users.

Electronic contracts are automatically registered in the CI CRM system and become available for viewing and downloading as soon as 15 minutes after signing. This avoids unnecessary delays and the exchange of paper versions, increasing the efficiency of interaction with KTZ Express.
