Representatives of KTZ Express participated in DIGITAL ALMATY – 2024.

From February 1st to 3rd, the International Digital Forum DIGITAL ALMATY – 2024 was held in Almaty, becoming a venue for discussing digital initiatives and current trends.
KTZ Express participation in the event provided an opportunity to get acquainted with the current issues in the development of digital solutions in the transportation industry. The session focused on digital transformation and the creation of an integrated information system for the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) regarding inter-country and transit transportation sparked significant interest among attendees.
KTZ Express continues to implement digital solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and optimizing business processes, with a focus on improving service quality and increasing customer satisfaction.
The company has implemented and successfully operates an IT ecosystem that ensures integration of all transportation processes, thereby creating a transparent process for automating customer service, specifically:
- To simplify procedures for customer interaction, the personal account feature enables the execution of contracts via digital signature, and WhatsApp and Telegram bots have been developed and implemented;
- In pursuit of sustainable development and recognizing the importance of ESG principles, a CO2 Calculator has been developed and placed on the company's website. This calculator allows for the estimation of CO2 emissions for transportation depending on the route.
KTZ Express continues its efforts to introduce digital services. In particular, the preliminary work on the "Single Digital Window" project is in its final stages. This project involves integrating sales channels to ensure seamless and continuous communication between customers and all subsidiaries of NC KTZ JSC.
