          What tools do we use to ensure continuous growth?

• We have achieved that the average speed of container trains today reaches 1167 km / day. This stimulates demand along all transport corridors between Asia and Europe, the CIS countries. The time for containers transportation from China to Europe was reduced by more than two times, which ensured a significant increase in container traffic from China through Kazakhstan.
• We have automated business processes for customer service and created the most convenient and fast way to apply through the website and social networks. Introduced an automated customer relationship management system CRM and a comprehensive system IRS “Transportation”.
• Since 2014, the tariff conditions for container trains in the direction of Europe across the territory of Kazakhstan have remained constantly stable.
• More than 150 individual tariff decisions have been made, which are adapted for the client and based on the current market situation.
• We are constantly working on the development of new routes; individual decisions are made for customers.
• For our customers, one hundred percent safety of cargo in container trains along the route China-Europe-China has been ensured. To date, not a single fact of theft has been allowed.
