Agreements reached on the implementation of transit transportation from Korea to Central Asian countries through Kazakhstan

On April 1, 2024, a working meeting was held in Seoul, focusing on the optimization of rail transport processes and the enhancement of transit shipments from China.


This significant event was orchestrated by leading Chinese enterprises, namely China Railway Container Transport Co., Ltd (CRCT) and Lianyungang Port Group (LPG).


A key participant from "KTZ Express" JSC was the Deputy General Director for Logistics, A.I. Kapar, who provided insights into Kazakhstan's current transit capabilities, with a special emphasis on the transportation conditions for TITR shipments.


The meeting concluded with important agreements for Kazakhstan concerning the transit of spare automotive parts from Korea to Central Asian countries.


In collaboration with CRCT, and in partnership with Hyundai and General Motors automotive giants, "KTZ Express" JSC is gearing up to initiate these shipments in the immediate future.
